Booking conditions

• In our houses we use the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006,  if not specified otherwise in the offer or reservation.
• We offer the possibility to book a cancellation insurance of the Europäische Reiseversicherung together with your booking.
• We would like to mention, that if there is any regulations, rules, laws by our government or similar authorities to prevent deseases or similar, it is necessary to follow these, in order to provide the accommodation. Please inform yourself prior to your journey!

Hygiene

Please follow the following general health and safty instructions: 

• Good hand hygiene: Wash your hands regularly with water and soup for min. 30 seconds, if required use hand disinfection products or single use gloves. 
• Try to avoid unnecessary hand shaking, hugs and body contact if possible
• Avoid touching your face with contaminated hands
• Sneeze and cough into your sleeves or into a handkerchief
• follwow the instrutions of our team
• Avoid contact to other persons, if you or another person shows disease symptoms
• Please avoid the breakfast rooms or other public facilities  of our house, if you have disease symptoms rreich

Prepayment

To finalize your reservation, we will ask you for a prepayment of approx. 30-50 % of the total amount (depending on your booking) until a given date. The prepayment can be transferred to our bank account or via transfer company like Revolut, Wise, Western Union,...  f we do not receive the prepayment within the requested time, we will cancel your reservation.

Payment

• The rest amount can be paid until the evening prior to your departure cash, with ATM card, Visa or Mastercard or via bank transfer until 1 week prior to arrival! 
• Card payments are only possible at the reception of our bed and breakfast hotel Scheulinghof.

Check-in

• Scheulinghof: 14:00 – 18:00h
• Bergland: 14:00 – 17:00h
• If you would like to arrive earlier or later, please contact us in advance.   In case of an early arrival you can change clothes and park your car. We will try to provide rooms earlier, if possible! 
• Arrivals after 22:00h are not possible (besides exceptional situations, if arranged with us in advance) .

Check-out

In Scheulinghof and in Bergland we will ask you to leave the rooms/apartments on departure date not later than 10:00 AM.

WIFI

We offer WIFI Internet in the public areas and in the rooms/apartments without a fee. The passwords you will find in the info folder on the table in the rooms/apartments.
